RETURN POLICY: Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Zoran Designs Jewelry you may be eligible for a return.
Please note that items that have been custom made, customized, sized, made to order, or altered in any way at your request cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Such items are considered to be FINAL SALE. Items purchased on CLEARANCE SALE (50% or more OFF) are NOT returnable and FINAL SALE.
For eligible items our return policy begins on the date you receive your product as indicated by tracking information provided by postal service or courier. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must first contact us (within 7 days of receiving your order) in order to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE (RAC).
___HOLIDAY SEASON RETURNS___
The period to contact us for a Return Authorization is extended for Holiday gift purchases placed between November 20th and January 5th. For qualifying purchases placed during that period you will have until January 14th to contact us about your return.
OBTAINING YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE:
We can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (during our store hours) at +1-905-522-2214. If you fail to obtain a RAC before shipping your item back, your returned package will not be accepted by us. Instead, it will be marked as "Return to Sender" and returned to you. Your return package must be posted within 5 days from the date we send you your RAC.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by their original receipt.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Also any customs duties/fees/taxes incurred by international customers as a result of the purchase are non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS: If a package is returned to us because of refusal to accept, or if we were provided with an incorrect shipping address, or if an international package is returned to us because of refusal or failure to pay duties/taxes and/or any other customs fees imposed by the recipient’s country, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount along with all the shipping charges incurred by us. Non-returnable items will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Once your return is received by us we will inspect it. If it meets all the criteria outlined above a refund, exchange or store credit will be processed.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:
The RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE (RAC) you received must be clearly written on the outside of your return package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s).
Always use a shipping service with tracking, insurance and “signature required” option selected. (We cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our reception.)

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RETURNS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
For returns from outside of Canada please be sure to label your package as "Canadian goods being returned to seller" in the reason for export field on your postage label. If you fail to do so and we incur any duties or fees as a result of accepting your return package this amount will be deducted from your refund, exchange or store credit. We recommend you use USPS tracked service with signature and insurance to return your package.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA DO NOT USE UPS or FEDEX GROUND courier to return your package. They charge us clearance and entry prep fees (usually around $70-$75 CAD but could be greater for higher value items). Should you decide to ship your package using one of these methods we will accept the package, however we will deduct the amount we are charged for these fees from your refund, exchange or store credit. Furthermore, your refund will not be processed immediately as there is usually a lag period of at least several days from receipt of package to receiving the paper work indicating said fees.
