RETURN POLICY: Refunds, Exchanges, Store Credits
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Zoran Designs Jewelry you may be eligible for a return.
Please note that items that have been custom made, customized, sized, made to order, or altered in any way at your request cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Such items are considered to be FINAL SALE. Items purchased on special, at a discount or using a coupon code at checkout are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
For eligible items our return policy lasts for 15 days from the date you received your product as indicated by tracking information provided by postal service or courier. To qualify for a return, you must first contact us (within 5 days of receiving your order) to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE (RAC). If you fail to obtain a RAC before shipping your item back or if the send post date exceeds 15 days from date of reception, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund, exchange or store credit and your package will be marked as "Return to Sender" and returned to you.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by their original receipt if one was enclosed in your package.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Any customs duties/fees/taxes incurred by international customers as a result of the purchase are non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS: If a package is returned to us because of refusal to accept, or if we were provided with an incorrect shipping address, or if an international package is returned to us because of refusal or failure to pay duties/taxes and/or any other customs fees imposed by the recipient’s country, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount along with all the shipping charges incurred by us.
Once your return is received by us we will inspect it. If it meets all the criteria outlined above a refund, exchange or store credit will be processed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RETURNS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
For returns from outside of Canada be sure to label your package as "Canadian goods being returned under warranty". Please be aware that should we incur any duties as a result of accepting your return package this amount will be deducted from your refund, exchange or store credit.
DO NOT USE UPS courier to return your package. They charge us $74 Canadian in entry prep fees. Should you decide to use UPS we will accept the package but deduct $74 from your refund, exchange or store credit. We recommend you use USPS tracked service with signature.
