Our online jewelry shop is currently set up to accept orders from within Canada, the US,  the UK, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, France, and the Netherlands.  If you are an international customer located in any other country and interested in placing an order please email us at and indicate the item(s) you are interested in purchasing as well as your location.  We will contact you to let you know whether or not we can ship to your area and include a shipping quote.

Please note that we will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.


Shipping rates are based on your location and purchase amount. They are calculated during the checkout procedure after you have entered your information.

Shipping is free within Canada and to the US for purchases totaling $150 CAD or more (before tax). Purchases totaling less than $150 CAD (before tax) are charged $10 within Canada and $15 to the US. We use Canada Post services with tracking and insurance.

Should you require quicker shipping by courier you are offered an option to upgrade during checkout.

On occasion, the shipping rate set out during check-out may have to be adjusted. If that is the case, we will contact you and you will have an opportunity to either accept the revised shipping charge or cancel your order. We will not charge any additional fees without your prior consent.


Most shipments will require a signature for delivery.


Ready-stock items usually ship same or next day. Made-to-order or back-ordered items will ship upon completion. We will contact you to let you know approximate time to completion. Should this time frame not suit you, you can cancel your order. If you would like an estimated time to completion prior to placing your order please email us at before going through checkout.


Delivery times vary depending on your location. The delivery times shown during checkout are estimates only. Please be aware that due to the chance of unforeseeable events and/or delays at border services we cannot offer any guarantees on delivery times.


Shipping rates charged do not reflect possible customs fees/duties/taxes which may be incurred by international customers. Furthermore, some international customers may find their package held by customs until said fees/duties/taxes are fully paid for by the recipient. For information on customs fees/duties/taxes please contact your local customs office.

If an international package is returned to us because of refusal or failure to pay duties/taxes and/or any other customs fees imposed by the recipient’s country, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount along with all the shipping charges incurred by us.
